Acquaintance with the Academy

I got the letter of recommendation from the judge at the competition in Japan. And I decided to go to Russia because I thought I would never have such a wonderful chance again and it has been my dream to study there since watching the documentary video of the Bolshoi Ballet Academy.

Vivid memory

The most memorable thing during my studies is my last exam at the Academy and the graduation concert in the Bolshoi Theater. I still clearly remember that I was very nervous but I could show the results of practice. That were very happy moments in my life.

My teacher

I am very thankful to my teacher Elena N. Vatulya. I learned many things from her. If I had not had that experience I would not have been who I am now. “To do something well, you need to constantly practice”, – it is a one of her unforgettable expressions and I will always apply it in my career.

Career

After graduation I did an audition in Japan and I started working there. After one year in Japan I used to dance in Spain. My current workplace is in Poland.

Practice or performance?

I am convinced that practice is the basic for being a strong dancer and a purposeful person. I have learned how fun it is to practice more and fell improvement. During my study I realized that I love working in the studio as much as I like performing on the stage.

Goals for future

My goal in my career is to be a strong and beautiful dancer and I would like to perform all around the world.

Parting words for students.

My opinion is to study at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy is one of great experience for students. There is a wonderful environment that helps to focus on ballet. If you very want to be a professional dancer, I can say it will be a great experience to study there.
