Academy in Sochi 2025

The Academy's first tour of 2025-2026 academic year has finished, and it has returned from Sochi to Moscow. We're sharing the first photos of the classes and performance and details of this significant event.

On October 3, the long-awaited opening of the Main Stage of the Sirius Concert Center — one of the most innovative and technically advanced concert stages in the country — took place at the Sirius Federal Territory. Russian President Vladimir V. Putin attended the gala concert.

The concert consisted of three parts. The first and third featured the Mariinsky Theater Symphony Orchestra conducted by Artist of the Russian Federation Valery A. Gergiev.

Alikhan Akhmatov

The second part, also accompanied by the renowned orchestra, featured a performance by Academy students. Conducting was Alexander A. Soloviev. A special program was prepared for this event, including the Suvorovites number, the pas de trois and the Rose Waltz from the ballet The Nutcracker, a duet from the ballet Class Concert, and a pas de deux from the ballet Flower Festival in Genzano. Three foreign students of the Academy took part in the concert: Alikhan Akmatov from Kyrgyzstan (II B course), Vid Vogrin from Slovenia (III A course), and Anna Maejima from Japan (5 B grade class).

These were days of genuine happiness, new experiences and unforgettable events!
