Christmas Concert of Foreign Students 2025

On December 11, 2025, a memorable event took place at the Academy Theatre: the Christmas Concert of Foreign Students. This beautiful but long-forgotten tradition was revived by the Academy's Rector, Svetlana Zakharova.

The evening's program combined dance and music. Together with the students of the Moscow State Academy of Arts, musicians from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory participated in the concert, giving the performance a unique unity and depth.

The audience saw performances by young dancers and musicians from a number of foreign countries: the People's Republic of China, Japan, Italy, France, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Peru, the United States of America, Slovenia, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Mongolia, Vietnam, New Zealand, and Finland. Each performance was part of an intercultural dialogue expressed through the universal language of art.

The Academy welcomed distinguished guests from the Embassies of Brazil, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Serbia, and Japan, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and more than a hundred students from the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

This event was an important step in strengthening international cultural ties, once again confirming that the Academy is a space where the most interesting creative projects are realized.
