Nice to Meet You Concert and Contemporary Dance Workshop

On October 3, 2024 staff of the Academy’s dormitory along with members of the faculty attended a concert dedicated to the World Teachers' Day. The Nice to Meet You concert took place at the lobby of the dormitory. To congratulate their matrons, housemothers and teachers, junior students recited poems and performed dance and acrobatics numbers.

Foreign students also took part in the concert. Chloe Isabel Chen (Pre-School) and Yujie Zhang (2nd year) performed the Raimonda variation and the Albert variation.

On October 5, 2024, foreign students attended the Contemporary Dance workshop conducted within the framework of the Andrei Melanyin Talent Boutique. Maddalena Gianesella, Chiara Saroni, Aada Barkman and Mary Faith Hammontree had a chance to perfect their skills under the tuition of intern Olga Nikolaychuk, winner of awards at numerous international contests of contemporary dance.
